PKF Estonia OÜ (hereinafter PKF) proceeds in its activity from the European Union General Data Protection Regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia.
PKF defines personal data as data which is provided by a person voluntarily, which is related to performance of contracts concluded or which is gathered from public sources. Personal data may include name, telephone number, contact address, email address and other data necessary for provision of agreed services (personal identification code, cost of services, billing information, etc.).
PKF does not sell, distribute or transmit personal data to third parties unless it was agreed in advance and necessary for provision of service or in cases arising from legislation.
PKF retains personal data only as long as the purpose for which the data were collected remains necessary, for as long as it is necessary to protect PKF’s interests or for as long as required by legal acts.
